As a Social Scientist, my work dives deep into human behaviour and societal trends, driven by a passion for in-depth research and data analysis. With degrees in sociology and psychology, I aim to address complex questions impacting society, business, politics, and governance. My academic journey, enriched by experiences across European institutions and participation in the G-Versity EU Doctoral Network, has led to numerous scientific publications. These experiences have not only expanded my knowledge but also reinforced my dedication to contributing valuable insights to the field.

As an Educator dedicated to making knowledge accessible to all, I merge academic and practical learning realms. My approach, centred on a learner-focused philosophy, embraces research and collaborative learning to meet the diverse needs of individuals, emphasising inclusivity. With experience in developing and leading over ten diverse courses for both university students and adult learners, my work transcends classroom boundaries into science communication. Through debates, podcasts, interviews, lectures, and advisory roles in media projects like documentaries on men's lives, I showcase a holistic educational strategy to enhance public discourse.

As a Product Owner, in 2019, I took the initiative to develop and oversee my own project, the Men & Masculinities Telegram channel, for which I am fully responsible. This endeavour represents a culmination of my diverse expertise, blending elements from my broad academic and professional experiences to deliver content that is both meaningful and pertinent to my audience. My responsibilities encompass not only the strategic direction of the channel but also the day-to-day management, content creation, audience engagement, and continuous product improvement.

As a Project Manager, my guiding principle is "How can I help?", reflecting my expertise in leading educational and research projects with a knack for technology to streamline processes. I am experienced in working closely with cross-functional teams to turn research insights into actionable strategies. My focus on fostering collaboration across various stakeholders aims to boost project success. Committed to innovation and continuous improvement, I am keen on leveraging cutting-edge digital tools to enhance project management and drive superior results.

As a Consultant, I blend insights from human behaviour and social psychology with detailed data analysis to propel organisations towards change and growth. My strategy involves careful planning and crafting personalised solutions, anchored in research yet customised for each client's specific requirements. With over three years of consultancy experience, I've advised NGOs and public sector entities, developing research-based strategies and analytical tools to encourage inclusive practices and improve organisational communication.
